Cocoa Butter

Cocoa butter or cocoa fat is fat obtained from cocoa beans. The cocoa beans used are in accordance with the standard specifications of the factory that are allowed. The fat in chocolate, often called cocoa butter, is mostly composed of saturated fat (60%) specifically stearate. But brown fat is a vegetable fat that contains absolutely no cholesterol. This ingredient is used both in food ingredients and other ingredients such as cosmetic ingredients. Because the melting point tends to be low, cocoa butter is often used in the cosmetic industry as a distribution ingredient for other ingredients. So that cocoa fat can be used for medicines, cosmetics, and ingredients in making chocolate.
