The Ideathon Nusantara Competition, a flagship event of the Universitas Indonesia Innovation Festival (UIIF) 2024, provided a platform for Indonesia’s young talents to showcase innovative solutions to economic, environmental, and social challenges.
The Universitas Indonesia Innovation Festival (UIIF) 2024, held from November 27 to December 1 at Atrium Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, showcased innovative research from Indonesian universities. Themed “Transforming Ideas into Impact: Leveraging Research for Economic Growth,” UIIF connected academic research with commercialization opportunities to foster innovation-driven economic growth.

Padang, 05 November 2024, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Indonesia’s Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) collaborated to enhance Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) capacity in Central and South Sumatra through the 2024 Independent Micro Business Mentorship Program.
Launched in April 2024, the program attracted 2,578 MSMEs from various sectors.
