RIGHA is an antibody-based rapid serological detection tool for Covid-19 infection. The lateral flow immunochromatography (LFI)-based rapid test was made using S and N antigens to detect IgM and IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. The RI-GHA rapid detection tool was developed to meet the need for an easy-to-use and accurate COVID-19 detection tool, and can be produced domestically to increase the nation’s independence in facing the COVID-19 pandemic.The use of this tool does not require special skills and can be done anywhere, without trained health workers. Another advantage of this tool is that it can be used for mass screening in the field, and can be used to test community herd immunity.
