3 Axis CNC Milling Machine Mini Electronic

To meet the needs of CNC machine tools as a medium of learning in vocational education institutions, as well as support the efforts of the government, particularly the Ministry of Industry in developing the industry of CNC machine tools in the country, it is necessary to develop a prototype machine CNC 3-axis milling small (mini). Construction machinery consists of standard components (standard part) and homemade components. Standard components can be purchased on the market or ordered as per standard specifications provided by the manufacturer. Artificial components made according to the design of the machine construction will be made. The process of machining and component assembly process is done in Laboratory Process Engineering Production Engineering Program UGM Vocational School. Results obtained from the manufacture of this product example is a prototype of a 3 axis CNC milling machine mini that can be used to perform the machining process for the workpiece material aluminum construction. In accordance with the controlling software capabilities, prototype CNC milling machine can be programmed manually or using software CAD / CAM.
