Durante is a product that functions to detect chicken meat whether the chicken meat has become a carcass or fresh chicken meat. With this Durante product, detection can be done easily, cheaply, and has a high specification method. A carcass chicken is a chicken that has died without being slaughtered. This product works by detecting the levels of Hb and blood contained in the meat, due to death without being slaughtered. Chicken carcasses have poor quality and are prohibited (haram) for Muslim consumers. Many chicken carcasses are found mixed with fresh chicken meat in traditional markets. The overall color of the chicken carcass is dark red. The problem is that if the chicken carcass is still fresh, it will be bright red like fresh chicken meat.
