Matching Fund Program

General information

The Matching Fund Program (PDP) or Matching Fund is a funding program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in the form of matching funds from the Government for funds and/or resources that have been provided by partners to collaborate with universities in order to encourage the formation of a closer and accelerated collaboration ecosystem between campuses, the Business World of Industry (DUDI), government institutions and society that is sustainable and mutually beneficial.

Tujuan

The main objective of the PDP program is a program to encourage mutually beneficial collaboration between universities and partners in accordance with the description of each scheme.

Skema Matching Fund Program

The PDP program consists of scheme A (Partnership for Downstreaming Innovation Results from Research or Expertise) which consists of schemes A1, A2, A3, A4 and scheme B (Partnership in Community Empowerment or Governance Efficiency) which consists of schemes B1, B2 .

Applicant Requirements

Proposer and Partner Requirements

1. The Proposing Team (Chairman and Members of University Personnel) meets the following requirements:

    • Comes from a university within the scope of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, or the Directorate General of Vocational Education.

    • Have a Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional (NIDN)/Nomor Induk Dosen Khusus (NIDK);

    • Registered in Kedaireka; And

    • Not currently studying further or academic activities such as academic recharging,postdoc, etc.
    • Especially the head of the proposing team will not change home base (from academic to vocational) during the program.

    •  For those who have been recipients of previous Matching Fund Program funding, have performed well in previous Matching Fund implementation.
    • The proposer has no affiliation or family relationship with the partner.2. Proposing college:
    • Not in coaching status; and

    • Submit a statement of the PT Leadership’s ability to assign the Padanan Fund Program management unit to carry out internal monitoring and evaluation.

2. Applicants may only submit:

    • 1 (one) proposal title as head of the proposing team and 1 (one) proposal title as a member of the proposing team.

    • 2 (two) proposal titles as a member of the proposing team.

3. Partners must be legal entities and registered in Kedaireka and fulfill:

    • DUDI Partners have a minimum business scale of small scale (according to the provisions of PP Number 7 of 2021);

    • Government Agency Partners at least at the Regency/City Service level;

    • Other partners show the last year’s financial report as proof of resource capacity (cash and in kind) to support program implementation and follow up on the resulting innovations; And

    • Attach a statement of funding commitment from partners with a composition in accordance with the selected scheme (as explained in the funding from partners section).

4. The proposer and partner have agreed to work together which is indicated by Match status on the Kedaireka platform.

Based on the latest information from tokoreka.id, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) and the Directorate General of Vocational Education have again opened batch 4 for registration of Match Fund Program proposals with the following timelines

DIKTI 22 April – 31 May 2024

DIKSI 19 February – 18 March 2024
