Part Time Student Recruitment

Directorate of Business Development and Incubation Universitas Gadjah Mada has opened some part-time jobs to fill several positions with the requirements and qualifications as follows:
GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

  1. Active UGM students of Diploma (Vocational School)/ Bachelor program
  2. Do not take KKN-PPM during the contract period
  3. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work individually and team
  5. Have a minimum of 4 hours/day (5 working days)
  6. Willing to work with 6 months contract system
  7. Having time commitment

POSITION AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

 

Innovative Academy Admin (AIA) – 4:

  1. Having the ability of web design/programming
  2. Having the ability to design graphics and presentation
  3. Having the ability to write narrative
  4. Having the ability of networking and communication
  5. Active English

Technicians of SPAM UGM – Environmental Engineering – Agricultural Technology – Chemical Engineering (TSKU – TL – TP – TK) – 2:

  1. Having the capability of monitoring and testing for water quality and drinking water
  2. Having the ability to use the chemical materials which used in the maintenance of SPAM
  3. Having the ability to maintain the equipment of water drinking system

Technicians of SPAM UGM – Electrical Engineering (TSKU – TE) – 1:

  1. Having the ability to operate SCADA
  2. Having the ability to perform maintenance on the electrical system of the building operational and SPAM system.
  3. Having the ability to maintain the equipment of water drinking system.

Admin Business Development / Incubation (APU / I) – 2:

  1. Have the ability of graphic design
  2. Have the ability to design products
  3. Have the ability in data processing

  1. The recent color photos 4 x 6 (1 sheet)
  2. Curriculum Vitae
  3. Copy of final transcripts and KRS of current semester

All the files included in a sealed envelope (write code proposed position at the top right corner of the envelope) and submitted to the office of the Directorate of Business Development and Incubation UGM no later than May 3, 2016 at 16:00 pm.

Candidates who passed the administrative selection will be announced on May 4, 2016 and will be invited to conduct the interview on May 9, 2016
