The Kedaireka Matching Fund (MF) Program is a funding program from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in the form of matching funds from the government for resources and/or funding provided by partners collaborating with universities. One of the program’s activities is the Matching Fund Feasibility Verification.
73 researchers from Gadjah Mada University (UGM), who proposed the MF, underwent the Feasibility Verification (VK) process in Surabaya. The Directorate of Business Development and Incubation (PUI), as the facilitator, also accompanied the researchers in carrying out the VK activities. VK is one of the long series of Matching Fund activities that have been successfully implemented in Surabaya.
Reviewers from Kemendikbudristek conducted program and budget feasibility verification activities for the proposers as a follow-up to the complete proposal evaluation stage. The VK process consists of substantive external verification, cost budget plan verification, and signing of the feasibility verification agreement.
The VK that has been carried out is divided into two batches. 35 proposers participated in VK batch 1, which took place on March 15-16, 2023. Meanwhile, 39 proposers participated in VK batch 2, which took place on March 25-26, 2023.
